Health and Physical Education students. Your assignment until we return to school will be, a 10 minute workout and 20-30 minutes of cardio outside. The workout can be found on YouTube. Search: Fraser Wilson 10 minute bodyweight workout(before bed). This workout can be done anytime during the day. Do this Monday thru Friday. Your cardio workout can be walking, jogging, running, riding bike, playing a sport (basketball, throwing baseball/softball or throwing football) and doing daily chores. Cardio workouts should increase your heart rate and make the body sweat.
