As Veterans Day approaches I'm reminded of the many sacrifices that have been made by Pike Countians and, specifically, residents of the Western Local School District. Please read the policy below that allows veterans who didn't receive a high school diploma due to their military service to receive that much-deserved diploma. I would love nothing more than to hand a Western High School diploma to a deserving veteran who sacrificed his or her teenage years to serve our country.
