Southern State CCP Application
Application: Complete the Online Application by August 7th, 2026
Transcript: Have your high school email your transcript to admissions@sscc.edu.
CCP Permission Slip: Print, sign, and email this Permission Slip to admissions@sscc.edu.
Testing: Set up your Accuplacer Assessment.
Questionnaire: Once accepted, you will need to print, sign, and submit this Questionnaire before allowed to register for classes.
