SOMC Western Family Practice continues to be open and serving patients.
They are providing telehealth and in-office visits. So, you can choose to
come in for a visit or have your visit completed by a phone call. They can
see you for Sick Visits, Well Visits, as well as, manage conditions such as
High Blood Pressure and Diabetes. Also, they are providing school
physicals and immunizations. In the near future, they will be providing
Sports Physicals. We will contact you with those dates, so you will know
when to schedule your Sports Physical. The office continues to be open
Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 4:30. Please call 740-493-1800 to
