This message is for students who ride Steve Reno's bus and live near Cynthiana. Because Drybone Road is being paved, we have to change our bus route a little bit. Your students will be arriving home about 15 to 20 minutes earlier than normal because we have to run the route backwards. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience.
2025 Art & Band Show
Attention 7th-12th Grade parents: Tomorrow we will be having STEAM Day and there will be 3 food trucks available outside the back of the school if students would like to get food from them for lunch. They will need to bring money with them tomorrow if so. Our regular school lunch will still be served as well, but we wanted to give them the opportunity to purchase from the food trucks if they would like.
West LA Brew will be open all day tomorrow starting at 7:15. West LA Grill will be open for lunch from 11 to 12:30.
Primary/Elementary families
Dress Code reminders:
Shirts-no spaghetti straps, halter tops, crop tops (shirts must be able to be tucked in) and sleeveless shirts must come all the way to the shoulder and be tight under the arm.
Shorts/skirts-Must be an appropriate length when standing and sitting down. No volleyball or running shorts. Holes in jeans are not to be above mid-thigh.
Shoes-No flip flops for all students. Students in K-3 are not permitted to wear slides. Shoes must have a strap on the back of heel. Students in 4-6 may wear slides.

Reminder for 7th - 12th grade students. If you received an Academic Award Banquet letter those forms are due back no later than this Friday April 25th! Please turn those in to the High School Guidance Office where you will also receive your tickets. Also another reminder that tomorrow Thursday , April 24th, Mr. Brewster will be meeting with all Seniors about the Western Warrior Award. He will meet with the High School Seniors at 8:00 AM at the High School and the CTC Seniors at 9:30 AM at the CTC.

Any student interested in trying out for High School Cheerleading who will be in the 9th-12th grade next school year, these are the dates for Clinics and Tryouts!
The mandatory Cheer Clinic will be May 8th from 3:15 - 5:15PM. The cheer Tryouts will be May 9th from 3:15PM - 5:15PM. Contact coach Carolyn Wessel with any questions.

Jr. High Track Meet is cancelled for today 04/14/2025.
There will be a High School Cheerleading interest meeting tomorrow morning during homeroom at 8:00 AM for students going into grades 9-12 next school year interested in trying out for Cheerleading. The meeting will be in the High School Gym. If you are unable to attend and would like information please contact Coach Carolyn Wessel.
