College Credit Plus Information night is Tuesday January 18th at 6:00 pm. There will be representatives from Shawnee State University and Southern State Community College. This meeting is required for all current CCP students and students who are enrolling for the 2022-23 school year for the first time. There are changes and new required forms for both parents and students to sign. It is very important that all parents and students who plan to participate in CCP next school year are at the meeting!
Students who ride bus 17 will be arriving home approximately 15 to 20 minutes later than normal.
We had three drivers call off unexpectedly today so we will be splitting some routes. The only one that is really affected is bus 18. Kids who ride bus 18 and live on 124 or Hackelshin will be leaving today at 2:15. The other students who ride bus 18 will be riding bus 15 and arrive home at the same time as yesterday. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any questions please call the building where your student attends or the board office at 740 493-3113. We will be combining some other routes but the timing will not differ much from normal afternoon drop off time.
Reminder tomorrow, Sat. Jan 15th is the first skills camp for the K-2 biddy basketball. 9-10:30 High school gym.
We had to split bus 18‘s route this evening. Your child may arrive home just a few minutes later than normal. There won’t be much of a difference but we split bus 18 between bus nine and bus 15. Your kids are on their way they may just be a few minutes late

The bus just left the school to pick up Teresa‘s kids. Bus 18. Expecting first pick up around 8 o’clock or so. Can’t be exact but it will be close.
Just got a call from Teresa. Bus 18 will have to double route tomorrow. We will send the first available bus back out from the school. I will send a text in the morning and make a post to let everyone know about the approximate pick up time for bus 18 students.

We will be splitting bus 9 tonight. Barring any unforeseen circumstances tomorrow will go back to normal with bus 9.
The elementary musical workshop for tonight, Tuesday Jan 11th has been postponed to next Tuesday the 18th.
The auditions will then be held Jan 20th & 21st. Thank you.
Western Fans: Thursday's Girls game at New Boston is postponed due to COVID issues at New Boston. We are working on reschedule. The St. Joe make up game will be February 7th. #tribepride
Boys HS game tonight, Jan 11. JV will only play 2 quarters with St Joe Homecoming between JV & Varsity games.

5th/6th girls practice on Thursday after school until 4:30. A note must be brought in as well.
K-2 skills basketball for this Saturday will be from 9-10:30 due to boys high school game that afternoon.

Pick up times for bus 9 split routes. Please add two hours.
We will be splitting Donna’s bus nine tomorrow morning. Students will get on the bus on the split schedule that they do when we have to split the routes other times. It does change the pick up times for students when we have to split. It will be the same as it has been the last several times except backed up two hours. It is going to be cold in the morning so if you have any questions about the pick up time please message me and I can get those for you.
Due to the combination of cold temperatures and some standing water on back roads,double routing for two drivers, and the fact that three other county schools plus the CTC are on delay necessitates that we do the same. We will be operating on a two hour delay for tomorrow, 1/10.
